"After years of feeling so frustrated about the injustices in society and the many things that could be improved, I felt I could no longer stand by and do nothing. So here I am at the start on my journey to change things."
"I'm asking the residents of Farnham Castle to put their faith in me as a young woman, mum and local resident to help make Farnham even better. If you are looking for someone to turn up and fight for you, that's me."
Farnham Castle is being contested on 18 April as the Farnham Resident councillor stepped down after only attending 28% of meetings.
Theresa is aiming to bring fresh ideas and perspectives and will be standing to:
• Provide a soft play area in Farnham to help children and their parents
• Continue funding for causes like 40 Degreez, Farnham Museum and Farnham's football team
• Progress Farnham’s Business Improvement District and support CreaTech initiatives in Farnham
• Bring Brightwells to life!
• Continue the responsible, financial management of Waverley Borough Council
