Ward: Godalming North (Surrey County Council), Godalming Farncombe and Catteshall ward (Borough & Town Council)

Bio: Penny traces her political roots to her birthplace of Jamaica, where, as a child she met Sir Alexander Bustamante, the first Prime Minister after Independence in 1962. First elected in 1995, she served on the Town Council for 16 years and again since 2017 on all three local councils. Penny actively supports a wide range of community groups, working to ensure every resident is represented and treated fairly and equally because people, place and planet matter!
