Mat is a Farnham Town Councillor, local business owner and dad to three children.

Mat is most proud of the difference he has been able to make at Farnham Town Council as the portfolio holder for the environment. This has included rejuvenating the Farnham allotments, implementing the use of more sustainable practices by the council and helping Farnham in their winning Britain in Bloom efforts, to name just a few of his achievements.

Mat was previously a Special Constable with Surrey Police and you can normally find at Farnham Town Council engagement days around gardening and keeping our green spaces beautiful.

As a West Surrey Unitary councillor, Mat wants to make sure we spend taxpayers money wisely, look to make sure the police are supported and funded better, as well as making sure our roads get the improvement they so desperately need.
